How long does a project take? +

You'll receive your first concept sketches within 7 days of project start. A single character portrait typically takes 2–3 weeks, while a detailed scene or book cover may take 3–5 weeks.

How many revisions do I get? +

Unlimited. We refine until you're completely happy — no revision caps and no extra charges. Your satisfaction is our only goal.

What files will I receive? +

High-resolution PNG files for print and digital use. Book covers include print-ready 300 DPI files. Commercial license included with every project at no extra cost.

Do you offer discounts for multiple illustrations? +

Yes! Our bundle packages offer significant savings. Select a package option in the form or choose "Not sure yet" and we'll recommend the best option for your project.

What does "clean stories only" mean exactly? +

We work exclusively with completely clean, family-friendly stories — no adult themes or spicy content. This applies to every book in a series. If your entire series is clean, you're in the right place!

How does payment work? +

We require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the remaining 50% due upon final delivery. We accept PayPal and bank transfer.
